Alright so here is my suggestion for EVERYONE that's a builder 'or special perm people' that we trust, (limited so it's not griefed) is that we make a flat world and we all collaborate as a team to make one giant build, whether it be a replica of something or our own unique build and we just work on it to make it like a signifying thing in our server! (Keep it to one GIANT build or replica of something, because towns and stuff can be built by anyone anywhere we can build a town around whatever it is that's decided to be built)
So give a thumbs up or thumbs down on your opinion and give suggestions as to what we build!
The cool thing is, we have terraformers, we have great builders and we have good idea thinkers.

One last note. Everyone is allowed to see the world, just builders and up are the only people to build btw it would be set on peaceful so no mobs spawn.

Imagine this... A build of sorts. BUT. The entire thing is not visible. The only thing we can see is a button on a block. Push the button, and the structure builds itself. :O It pillars from the ground into a monster build! Imagine!
