@SevV, the reason you couldn't put shit in those hoppers was because it is already full of items.

@SD_13, Anybody and everybody will be allowed to join Bushos council, I will have ops around anyways who will know how to zone shops, the council will just manage it and keep message for when said ops aren't around and whatnot
