As of a request from Freek, which seemed fair enough to me, I have implemented two changes to the towny config file for now, towns will automatically be set to private, and there is now a 5 second warm-up time on town teleportation.

Add it so PVP can be disabled in towns except by officials.

is a Pvp world though. Pvp should only be disabled at the spawn imo

Naw, town's aren't supposed to be safe havens, killing players is the only way to get in an rob them in some circumstances.

It's supposed to be hard for every player
