Naw, town's aren't supposed to be safe havens, killing players is the only way to get in an rob them in some circumstances.
It's supposed to be hard for every player

As of a request from Freek, which seemed fair enough to me, I have implemented two changes to the towny config file for now, towns will automatically be set to private, and there is now a 5 second warm-up time on town teleportation. If you have any concerns/complaints, you can either bite a dick, or feel free to comment here. Thanks. |

Add it so PVP can be disabled in towns except by officials. |

is a Pvp world though. Pvp should only be disabled at the spawn imo |
