Problem solved! I had to uninstall the latest version of Java from java 7 to java 6 :/
I now run problem free

Yeah I wouldn't worry about that, it happens often. Thats what happens every time you see '[someone] kicked! Someone logged in as you!' You get kicked but the server doesn't know you've dc'd, so when you rejoin the server kicks what it thought was you, and people don't even realise you've dc'd. |
