Not at any point in that post did I say it was bad, the most those Skype chats are about are conversations about how things should be set up, changes that should be made, and Freek reporting in on how he's helped clean up the server.

I've told everyone what i've been up to, busy with work, playing with those mini-game plugins, putting those mini-games on the server and making sure everyone has a say so and is aware of what I plan on doing.

The 'secret conglomerate meetings' was a joke, I should have known not to make it as you are incapable of taking one lightly, it's just a conversation between staff away from the server so that a builder listening in doesn't end up arguing or finding an opportunity to beg for ranks.
