So I'm banned for no reason? Why?

The Tropica map spawn was stuffed with ugly giant pixel art and loads of redstone shit. After saying a couple of times that it was all ugly, and that we should remove it, we did so. (Samo and I had thoroughly discussed it, and he finally WE'd most of it, then I deleted the rest by hand) We then said thobo he shouldn't make more redstone so close to spawn, yet he did. We placed a sign saying that people should not build crap on that spot. Yet he built redstone again, and also mocked the signs with other signs, saying thigns as 'Don't listen to that sign', and 'gay'.
Next we found him griefing Chubby's pixelart. Samo had already sent Chubby an email to figure out what to do with it. He was kicked several times, and yet kept going.
Then I don't really know what happend next, but he did something, and Samo banned him for that reason. (Reason:'Little Bitch') (So you might think yourself what he was doing)

You could have just asked 'what about this eyesore?'
and we would have just explained it to you.
